Lui Seng Chun is one of the few distinctive ‘tong lau’ (tenement buildings) to have survived since the 1930’s. Its design is a blend of Chinese & Western architecture, with a curved façade, rectangular frame and a row of decorative balustrades, a symbol of the neo-classical style. This beautiful building can be seen on Lai Chi Kok Road, Mong Kok
