A weary traveller waits for a flight as the sun rises on April 1, 2022, the first day of Hong Kong welcoming back transit passengers after three months of its omicron variant travel ban and 800 days of the coronavirus pandemic.
Sophia started her series of illustrations as a parody of The New Yorker magazine covers. The collection has now grown and evolved as a way for her to express her experiences and observations of Hong Kong, the place her family has called home for over 150 years.
