Are you craving the refreshing taste of Hong Kong's famous lemon tea? Made with premium Darjeeling tea leaves, lemon peel, lemongrass, and orange peel, this tea is the perfect way to enjoy an authentic Hong Kong-style lemon tea from the comfort of your own home.

Hot tea:
take 3-5g (2-3 teaspoons) and brew with 200-300ml of boiling water. Let it infuse for 3-5 mins.

Cold Brew:
Put 1g of tea leaves in a jug or bottle per 100ml of mineral water.
Leave in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Strain and serve!
